Transition Information

Foundation Transition

Our school offers two open mornings showcasing the foundation facilities.  One is in February each year, and one is in March.  At these sessions, staff are available for questions, and it is an opportunity to see the classrooms. These information sessions are posted on the school Facebook page.  We encourage you to follow our page to see our wonderful events.

We also run three story time sessions during term 3 and four transition sessions in term 4.  At the final transition session, we have the students in their classes for the following year and with their teacher if possible.
